Oath; filing; president; secretary treasurer

45:9A-6. Oath; filing; president; secretary treasurer The members of the committee shall, before entering the discharge of their duties, and within 30 days after their appointment, take and subscribe to an oath before an officer authorized to administer oaths in this State, for the faithful performance of their duties, and file the same with the Secretary of State. They shall annually elect from their number a president and a secretary-treasurer each of which officers shall hold office for 1 year and until his successor shall have been duly elected and qualified.
