Penalty for nonperformance of duties

45:9-55. Penalty for nonperformance of duties Any person having duties enjoined upon him by the provisions of this article who shall neglect, refuse or omit to perform the same required shall, on conviction thereof, be liable to a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense.
