45:9-5.3 State Board of Medical Examiners; rules, regulations. 22. The State Board of Medical Examiners, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 1 through 20 of P.L.2019, c.59 (C.26:16-1 et seq.) concerning the duties of a licensed physician pursuant thereto. L.2019, c.59, s.22.
