Contents of certificate of incorporation

45:9-44. Contents of certificate of incorporation Such certificate shall set forth: a. The name or title assumed to designate the association; b. The place or places in this state where the purposes of the association are to be carried out; c. The purposes for which the association shall be formed; and d. The names of the governors or directors who shall manage its affairs for the first year of its existence.
