45:9-42.4. Application for plenary or specialty license; fee All persons desiring a bio-analytical laboratory director's license shall apply therefor to the board. a. Every applicant for plenary license shall present to the secretary of the board, at least 30 days before the examination at which he requests to be examined and every applicant for a specialty license shall also present to the secretary of the board a written application on a form provided by the board, together with satisfactory proof that he is more than 18 years of age, is of good moral character and has met satisfactorily all the necessary requirements of education, training and experience or certification as hereinafter provided. b.
