Right of entry and inspection

45:9-42.38. Right of entry and inspection The department and any officers or employees thereof in the performance of any duty imposed by this act shall have the power and authority to enter at any time and inspect any clinical laboratory for the purpose of studying and evaluating the operation, supervision, records, and procedures of such facilities and to determine their effect upon the health and safety of the people of this State.
