Disposition of fees and other moneys

45:9-42.25. Disposition of fees and other moneys All fees, fines, penalties and other moneys derived from the operation of this act shall be paid to the board, and remitted by it to the State Treasurer. L.1953, c. 420, p. 2111, s. 25.
