45:9-41.28 Continuing education required for licensure. 5. The board shall require each person licensed as a chiropractor, as a condition for biennial registration, to complete 30 credits of continuing chiropractic education as provided in section 6 of this amendatory and supplementary act during each biennial registration period. A minimum of two of the 30 credits shall consist of the study of State laws and regulations governing chiropractic professional ethics or record keeping and documentation as it pertains to the practice of chiropractic in this State, and a minimum of two credits shall consist of nutrition education.
