45:9-41.25. Transfer of jurisdiction, powers, duties and responsibilities to the board All jurisdiction, powers, duties and responsibilities heretofore vested in the State Board of Medical Examiners with respect to the practice of chiropractic and the granting, suspension or revocation of licenses of chiropractors under chapter 9 of Title 45 of the Revised Statutes shall be immediately transferred to and vested in the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners created by this act, which board shall hereafter govern the practice of chiropractic in this State in accordance with all applicable laws.
