Term "homeopathic" as applied to physicians defined

45:9-4. Term "homeopathic" as applied to physicians defined Whenever the term "homeopathic" is applied to a physician or a member of a medical school in any law of the state, it shall be construed to mean that said physician or member of a medical school shall be a graduate of a homeopathic medical college, or a member of the Homeopathic State Medical Society, or a member of a homeopathic county medical society in the state.
