45:9-37.91 Uniform enforcement law applicable. 16. The provisions of the uniform enforcement law, P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.) shall apply to this act. The authority of the board may be delegated to the committee at the discretion of the board. L.1997,c.347,s.16.
