Examination of foreign trained applicants

45:9-37.69. Examination of foreign trained applicants 19. A foreign trained occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant shall satisfy the examination requirements of this act. Prior to taking the examination, the director shall require a foreign trained applicant to furnish proof of good moral character and the completion of educational and supervised fieldwork requirements substantially equivalent to those of this State.
