Waiving of examination

45:9-37.66. Waiving of examination 16. Upon payment to the director of a fee and the submission of a written application on forms provided by the director, the director may waive the examination and grant a license to any applicant who presents proof of current licensure as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant in another state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia which has standards substantially equivalent to those of this State as determined by the director, in consultation with the council.
