45:9-37.49. Refusal to issue, suspension, revocation of license 15. The board may refuse to issue, or may suspend or revoke the license of any person, or may impose any other disciplinary sanction pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.).
