45:9-37.109 Applicability of C.45:1-14 et seq. for enforcement of act. 16. The provisions of P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.) shall apply to this act. The authority of the board may be delegated to the committee at the discretion of the board. L.1999,c.126,s.16.
