45:9-19. Clerks of courts to report to board convictions of physicians The clerk of every court wherein any person licensed to practice medicine and surgery in this state is convicted of a crime shall make a report thereof in writing to the board upon blanks provided by the board. The report shall state the name and address of the person so convicted, the date thereof, the nature of the crime of which he was convicted and the sentence imposed by the court.
