45:8B-84 Current practitioners may qualify for licensure as a clinical dance/movement therapist. 17. For a period of 360 days after the date procedures are established by the board for applying for licensure as a clinical dance/movement therapist, any person may qualify as a licensed clinical dance/movement therapist, upon application for licensure and payment of the appropriate fee, provided the applicant furnishes satisfactory evidence to the board that the applicant has obtained the credential 'BC-DMT" (Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist) from the Dance/Movement Therapy Certification Board that is current and that the applicant is in good-standing and has engaged in the practice of dance/movement therapy for at least one year.
