45:8B-113 Client confidentiality. 10. A recreational therapist licensed pursuant to the provisions of this act shall not disclose any confidential information that the therapist may have acquired while performing recreational therapy services for a client unless in accordance with the federal health privacy rules set forth at 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164.
