Issuance of license.

45:8B-111 Issuance of license. 8. a. The board shall issue a license to any applicant who, in the opinion of the board, has satisfactorily met all the requirements of this act. b. All licenses shall be issued for a two-year period upon the payment of the prescribed licensure fee and the submission of a written application, and shall be renewed upon filing a renewal application, payment of a renewal fee, and presentation of satisfactory evidence to the board of certification as a certified therapeutic recreational specialist by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification.
