Limitations upon licensees

45:8-75. Limitations upon licensees 15. No person licensed as a home inspector pursuant to this act shall engage in the practice of architecture or the practice of professional engineering unless licensed therefor. L.1997,c.323,s.15; amended 2001, c.158, s.2.
