45:8-60. Responsibility for acts of agents, employees, officers No corporation shall be relieved of responsibility for the conduct or acts of its agents, employees or officers by reason of compliance with the provisions of P.L.1989, c.276 (C.45:8-56 et al.). L.1989, c.276, s.11.
