45:7-48. Only a single license to be issued to any applicant. 17. The board shall grant a license as a practitioner of mortuary science or of mortuary and embalming science to an applicant, and a person shall hold a license as a practitioner of mortuary science or of mortuary and embalming science issued under the provisions of P.L.1952, c.340 (C.45:7-32 et seq.) before being permitted to practice mortuary science or mortuary and embalming science in this State.
