Receipts and expenditures; secretary-treasurer's bond

45:6-5. Receipts and expenditures; secretary-treasurer's bond All moneys received shall be held by the secretary-treasurer and paid out only upon resolution of the board and warrant of its president. The secretary-treasurer shall give bond in such sum and with such surety as the board may, from time to time, direct and approve. A statement of all moneys received and disbursed by the board shall be annually submitted to the governor in the annual report of the board.
