45:6-16.5. Roster of teachers; submission by educational institutions Every educational institution where the science of dentistry is practiced, demonstrated, or taught in any of its branches shall submit to the board from time to time a roster of all persons engaged in teaching any of the clinical subjects or who act as demonstrators or teachers in the laboratories or clinics where the practice of dentistry of any kind is performed on patients. The board shall prescribe a form for such roster and make rules governing their submission. L.1964, c. 186, s. 5.
