45:6-16.4 Teaching without license or limited teaching certificate, prohibited; penalty. 4. No person shall teach the science of dentistry in any of its branches in this State unless he shall hold a regularly issued license to practice dentistry in this State or a limited teaching certificate, and any violation of this provision shall be deemed to be an illegal practice of dentistry punishable as provided in R.S.45:6-1 et seq. L.1964,c.168,s.4; amended 2007, c.235, s.4.
