45:5B-33. Bond for licensed schools; grievance against school; initiation of action on bond A person, partnership, corporation or agency, department or political subdivision of State government including the board, may initiate an action on the bond required pursuant to section 32 of this act, if the person, partnership, corporation or agency, department, or political subdivision of State government is aggrieved, damaged or injured by any misconduct or violation for which the licensed school is held responsible.
