45:5B-22.5 Reactivation, shampoo technician certification. 7. If an individual certified as a shampoo technician pursuant to P.L.2025, c.18 (C.45:5B-22.3 et al.) does not maintain certification and seeks reactivation, the individual shall: a. if the reactivation is sought after a period of fewer than 10 years, submit an application and pay a reactivation fee, as determined by the board; or b. if the reactivation is sought after a period of 10 years or more, sit for the examination required for initial certification pursuant to section 6 of P.L.2025, c.18 (C.45:5B-22.4) and upon passage, submit an application and pay a reactivation fee, as determined by the board.
