45:5A-37 Licenses from other jurisdictions. 17. If the board, after consultation with the committee, determines that an applicant holds a valid license from another jurisdiction which requires equal or greater experience and knowledge requirements, the board may accept evidence of that license as meeting the experience and knowledge requirements of this act for a person engaged in the alarm business or in the practice of locksmithing services.
