45:5A-27.1 Ineligibility for license to engage in fire alarm business. 22. Any person certified to engage in the fire protection contractor business pursuant to P.L.2001, c.289 (C.52:27D-25n et al.) whose certificate of certification is not in good standing with the Commissioner of Community Affairs shall not be eligible for a license to engage in the fire alarm business under the provisions of section 1 of P.L.1995, c.213 (C.45:5A-9.1).
