Transferability of license or business permit

45:5A-15. Transferability of license or business permit No license or business permit issued under this act shall be assigned or transferable. L.1962, c. 162, s. 15, eff. Aug. 30, 1962. Amended by L.1962, c. 185, s. 12, eff. Dec. 7, 1962.
