Partial invalidity

45:5-18. Partial invalidity If any phrase, clause, section or part of this act shall be determined to be invalid in a court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be excluded and the rest of the act shall be valid and effectual. L.1943, c. 95, p. 317, s. 6.
