Practice without licensure if licensed practitioners employed

45:3B-16. Practice without licensure if licensed practitioners employed Nothing in this act shall prohibit any person from engaging in the practice of audiology or speech-language pathology without licensure if he employs licensed individuals in the direct practice of audiology or of speech-language pathology. Such a person shall file a statement with the director, on a form approved by the director that he submits himself to the rules and regulations of the director and the provisions of this act which are applicable to him.
