45:3A-9 Fees. 12. The following fees shall be assessed and collected by the board: a. An application fee for licensure as a landscape architect which shall not be subject to refund; b. An examination fee and initial two-year licensure fee for landscape architects which shall be subject to refund if the applicant is determined to be ineligible for examination, or withdraws his application for examination; c. A two-year renewal fee for landscape architects; and d. A reinstatement fee for licensed landscape architects. L.1983, c.337, s.12; amended 2008, c.77, s.10.
