45:3A-11 Review of applications by board, issuance of license. 14. The board shall review the qualifications of each person who applies for licensure as a landscape architect. Notwithstanding any other provision of P.L.1983, c.337 (C.45:3A-1 et al.) to the contrary, no applicant shall be licensed by the board unless the board first determines that he is qualified by education, experience and satisfactory performance on the examination to be licensed as a landscape architect and all applicants who are determined to be so qualified shall be licensed by the board.
