Certification without examination.

45:3-42 Certification without examination. 12. For a period of 360 days from the date of the first meeting of the Interior Design Examination and Evaluation Committee, any individual of good moral character who was residing in this State on the effective date of this act shall qualify as a certified interior designer without examination, upon application for certification and payment of the appropriate fee, provided that the individual has a total of at least 10 years of full-time diversified professional experience on the effective date of this act in interior design of a grade and character acceptable to the committee.
