Purpose of act

45:2C-1. Purpose of act The purpose of this act is to establish the more effective provision of acupuncture services in this State in order to encourage the use thereof by the residents of this State who pursue this form of health care treatment and to protect the public health, safety and welfare. L.1983, c. 7, s. 1, eff. Jan. 18, 1983.
