Single prohibited act justifies penalty

45:2B-64 Single prohibited act justifies penalty 23. In any action brought under this act, evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by this act shall be sufficient to justify a penalty, injunction, restraining order, or conviction, respectively, without evidence of a general course of conduct.
