45:26-5 Meetings of board, elections, appointments. 5. The board shall annually elect from among its members a vice-chairperson and may appoint a secretary, who need not be a member of the board. The board shall meet at least twice a year and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties. L.2003,c.171,s.5.
