N.J.S.A. 45:22A-41 — Retirement subdivision or community; application of this act

45:22A-41. Retirement subdivision or community; application of this act Any retirement subdivision or community as defined in the Retirement Community Full Disclosure Act, P.L.1969, c. 215 (C. 45:22A-1 et seq.) shall, after the effective date of this act, be deemed for all purposes to be subject to the provisions of this act alone, provided, however, that any portion or section of such retirement community or subdivision registered with the Division of Housing and Urban Renewal prior to the effective date of this act shall remain under the jurisdiction of the Retirement Community Full Disclosure Act.
