Violations; revocation, suspension of license; prosecution.

45:19A-10 Violations; revocation, suspension of license; prosecution. 10. A violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be cause for revocation or suspension of any license or registration issued hereunder, notwithstanding that the same violation may constitute a crime or other offense under the laws of this State or any other state or jurisdiction. An indictment, prosecution and conviction arising out of any of the provisions of this act shall not be construed to preclude, if the evidence so warrants, an indictment, prosecution and conviction for any other crime or offense in this State or any other state or jurisdiction.
