45:19-21. Offenses in connection with issuance or use of identification cards Any person, firm, association or corporation licensed under the provisions of this act who shall issue identification cards to any person other than a bona fide employee, or who shall sell, issue, rent, loan or distribute badges or membership cards indicating that the holder thereof is a private detective or investigator or is engaged in the private detective business, to any person or persons other than those lawfully entitled to such identification cards shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
