Ability of municipality to enact rules, ordinances unaffected

45:17A-35. Ability of municipality to enact rules, ordinances unaffected 18. Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit, impair or modify the ability of any municipality to enact rules or ordinances to regulate the solicitation of contributions within its jurisdiction, provided that those rules or ordinances are in addition to and not duplicative of or in conflict with the provisions of this act. To the extent that a municipal ordinance is violative of this act it is invalid. L.1994,c.16,s.18.
