45:16A-8 Construction of act relative to other occupations. 8. Nothing in this act shall be construed to prevent any person licensed by the State, including, but not limited to, architects, professional engineers, electrical contractors, master plumbers, or any chimney service professional registered as a home improvement contractor with the Division of Consumer Affairs, from acting within the scope of practice of his profession or occupation, but no person shall use the designation "licensed Master HVACR contractor" unless licensed as a Master HVACR contractor under the provisions of this act.
