45:16-9.5. Name of licensee; use after death or relinquishment of interest Wherever the profession of veterinary medicine, surgery, or dentistry is carried on in the name or names of a licensee or licensees said name or names may not be used for more than two years after the death or relinquishment of the interest of the licensee or licensees.
