45:16-9.3a. False or misleading advertising It shall be unlawful for a licensee to advertise falsely, fraudulently or in a manner likely to mislead the public or in a manner which violates the rules and regulations of the board. L.1983, c. 98, s. 12, eff. March 11, 1983.
