45:15-16.64 Fee for initial registration. 15. a. The fee for an initial registration shall be $1,000 plus $50 per timeshare interest, which fee shall not exceed $7,500, unless otherwise provided by the commission pursuant to regulation to defray the cost of rendering the services required by the provisions of this act. b. The commission may also provide, by regulation, for fees to cover the reasonable expenses of carrying out other responsibilities established under this act, including, but not limited to, fees for the processing of amendments, exemption applications and preliminary registrations.
