45:15-16.2g Rules, regulations. 29. The New Jersey Real Estate Commission shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2009, c.238, s.29. 45:15-16.27. Short title This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Real Estate Sales Full Disclosure Act." L.1989, c.239, s.1.
