45:15-16.2. Educational and information programs 1. The Division of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission in the State Department of Insurance, within the limits of appropriations available or to be made available to it for the purpose, may conduct educational and information programs relating to the real estate brokerage business and real estate brokers, broker-salespersons and salespersons for the information, education, guidance and protection of the general public, licensees, and applicants for licensure. The educational and information programs may include preparation, printing and distribution of publications and articles and the conduct of conferences, forums, lectures, and a public information service.
