45:15-16.100 Regulations, relationships, real estate brokerage firms. 15. The New Jersey Real Estate Commission may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of P.L.2024, c.32 (C.45:15-16.86 et al.), including regulations to address other types of agency or business relationships for real estate brokerage firms.
