Appointment of Executive Director

45:14F-9. Appointment of Executive Director The Executive Director of the board shall be appointed by the director and shall serve at the director's pleasure. The salary of the Executive Director shall be determined by the director within the limits of available funds. The director shall be empowered within the limits of available funds to hire any assistants as are necessary to administer this act. L.1991,c.68,s.9.
